1 dozen medium-sized lobsters
1 large onion sliced fine
12 medium flakes garlic crushed
2/3 tbsp. bottle masala (according to taste)
2 cups coconut milk
2 tsp tamarind pulp
Salt to taste
Parboil the lobster in a little water. Shell the body of the lobster, cut into pieces and scoop out the flesh from its head.(You can add the entire head which is tastier). Heat 2 tbsp oil, and add onions and garlic and fry well. Add bottle masala and fry for a few minutes more. Add lobsters with stock, coconut milk and salt and cook till done. Add tamarind pulp and simmer for few minutes more.
